Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 400 gramsPork (for ginger stir fry)
  2. 1 tbsp○Sake
  3. 1 dash○Salt
  4. 1Cake flour
  5. 2 tbsp●Sake
  6. 2 tbsp●Soy sauce
  7. 2 tbsp●Mirin
  8. 1/2 tbsp●Sugar
  9. 1 tbsp●Ketchup
  10. 1 tbsp●Grated ginger

Cooking Instructions

    If you are using thick slices of pork, remove the sinews. Season with the ingredients marked ○, and leave for 5-10 minutes. Mix the ingredients marked ●.

    Thinly coat the pork in flour. Heat vegetable oil (not listed) in a pan and fry the pork on both sides over medium-strong heat until both sides are browned.

    When it is more or less done, wipe off excess oil with a paper towel. Add the seasonings you mixed in step 1, mix into the pork, and you're done.
