Ingredients

  • 4 cupsflour
  • 2 tbsinstant yeast
  • 2 tbssugar
  • 2 tbsmilk powder
  • 1 tbssalt
  • 1 tbsgarlic powder
  • 1 tbsred chilli flakes
  • 4 tbsghee /oil
  • Lukewarm water as required for kneading

Steps

  1. 1

    Measure all ingredients and mix in large bowl

    Slowly knead it with warm water

    Just stretch and fold for many times until it gets smooth

    You can drizzle some oil if feel sticky

    Now grease a large bowl and put in it.Grease the dough too then cover and keep in a warm place to rest for 2 hours for proofing

    Note: this dough will yield 3 large pizzas
