Pour oil in pan.
Temper with cinnamon stick and cardamom pods. - 2
Put potato cubes in pan. Fry them golden.
Make paste of tomato and ginger. - 3
Put the paste in pan. Add Whisk curd. Mix everything. Cook till raw smell of masala goes away.

Cover with a lid.
Remove lid after 15 minutes.
Mix everything. Add water once masala gets cooked. - 5
Once water absorbs the flavour, spread lebu pata and peanuts.
Mix everything and put off flame.
