  • 1 cupMoog dal (splited)
  • 1/2 cupBoiled(iddli rice)
  • 1/2 cupRaw rice
  • 1/2 cupPoha (wheat)
  • 4Red chilli
  • 3Green chilli
  • 1 teaspoonJeera(gota)
  • 1Ginger small piece
  • 1/2 teaspoonMethi seeds
  • 11/2 teaspoonSalt
  • as required Curry leaves few
  • 50 gramsRefined oil
  • 3 teaspoonghee

Steps

2hours.
  1. 1

    First soak in water your moog dal, raw rice,iddli rice, jeera, red chilli, green chilli, ginger, curry leaves. For one hour inca lukewarm water.

    After one hour take water from the materials, grind nicely in mixie jar very smooth consistency.. Add salt and hing add and mix the texture.

    Take s dosa tawa heat in a moderate heat and pour your dosa materials slowly using rotate movement let them cook slowly..

    After two minutes golden colour will appear then turn your disappointed keep it in a tray or dish container.
