Wash and soak masoor dal for 4 hrs

In a cooker add masoor dal, water, salt, lal mirch and haldi, cover it and cook,after 5 whistle switch of the gas

In a pan add ghee add hing and jeera

Now add ginger, garlic. Stir it

Add onion stir it

When onion changes its colour add kasuri methi and amchur

Mix this tadka in cooker

Now take a pan add 1tsp ghee add whole red chillies and kashmiri red chilli
Switch off the gas - 9
Pour daal in a bowl
Pour this tadka in bowl on daal - 10
Rice soak rice for 1 hr

In a pan add water add rice

Cook rice on slow flame

When rice become soft strain it
