Ingredients

  1. 1puff pastry sheet
  2. 1double- or triple-crème Brie wheel (or 1 or 2 wedges)
  3. Apricot, raspberry, or fig jam/preserves
  4. Walnuts or other nuts
  5. Egg wash

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400F.

    Cut cheese in the middle. Spread jam (I’m using fig jam this time) and distribute nuts on 1 side.

    Put the other side on top and place on center of puff pastry. Wrap and invert.

  4. 4

    Make egg wash and paint top and sides.

  5. 5

    Bake until it reaches desired color (25 minutes). Let it rest for a few minutes. Serve warm.

I actually only heard of baked Brie via TikTok during the lockdowns. Never got around to trying. Stopped TikTok and don’t remember the recipes. I now will reflect on your recipe!
