1 cupsBrussel sprouts, clean and cut half
2 tbsptempura flour (or plain flour)
1 tbspkorean chilli flakes #gochugaru (or any chilli flakes you have indoor)

Spicy Sauce
1 tbspGochujang paste
2 tbsphoney
1 tbspsoysauce
1 tbspsesame oil
1 tbspsesame seeds
Some finely chopped green onion

Add Brussel sprouts in a mixing bowl, add flour, chilli flakes, vegetable oil, salt and pepper and mix well.

Add some vegetable oil on a medium heat pan, pan fry brussel sprouts on both sides until nice and golden, add red onion and quick stir.

Mix all the sauce ingredients together in a mixing bowl then add it into the pan. Mix well.

Sprinkle some sesame seeds and spring onion before serve.
