Exceptional Stir-Fried Shrimp

I've never been as satisfied with my stir-fried shrimp as I am this time. Its flavor is very special thanks to the smoked paprika chili powder. Moreover, the color is stunningly beautiful without using any artificial coloring.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Remove the heads and shells from the shrimp. Use a toothpick to remove the black vein in the middle. Rinse with salt water to reduce the fishy smell. Marinate the shrimp with the seasonings listed above. Mix well to absorb the flavors.
- 2
Finely chop the garlic and onion, then sauté until fragrant.
- 3
Add the shrimp, let one side cook thoroughly, then flip to the other side. Once both sides are firm, stir with chopsticks. When the liquid evaporates, add a little water from outside, allowing the seasonings at the bottom of the pan to dissolve and reabsorb into the shrimp. Do this twice to make the shrimp firm and flavorful.
- 4
Turn off the heat, transfer the shrimp to a plate, and sprinkle pepper on top for aroma.
