1 bowlflour
1 cupwater
1/4 bowlghee
1/4 tspturmeric powder
1/4 tspred chilli powder
1chopped onion
1 pinchgaram masala
1 bowlcurd

Take flour n add 1spoon ghee n add all spuces in it. Now slowly_slowly mix it.

Make small rol n give shape of perantha with help of belan.

Take tawa and put on the stove. Now put perantha on tave

Fry with ghee from both side.

Our perantha is ready. Serve it with curd.
