In a mixing bowl add sooji water dahi salt and mix well keep it aside for 10 min

Grease dhokla plate

Mix the batter add little water if required add soda and mix well
Immediately pour the batter in dhokla plate - 4
Steam it for 10 min in medium flame or till done

Let it be cool and cut into pieces

Heat oil add rai curry leaves add dhokla piece add salt red chilli powder haldi mix well

Serve hot with chutney
