First take whole grain, green dal, dip in water, then immediately dip yellow dal, and then, add rice(raw) then wash it for 3yo4times dipped in a cold water for 4hours, then add your green chilli, red chili(dried) then add your ginger, curry leaves. After 5hours put it in a grinder, remove the water add small quantity of water in between then finally add salt into it. Make a smooth paste it. Keep it aside. If you need you can add jeera gota your wish.. It will have an additional, taste to dosa.

Then take a tawa if you need you can add onion, or squash sliced or grated measurements mix the vegetables with your Moog dal dosa then pour some refined oil then pour your ready batter make circle movement then turned after golden brown... You will get very golden dosa ready. When you are preparing dosa you have add ghee also it will give you an additional taste.. When you take with tomato chutney and sambar you will really relish and enjoy your dal dosa.
