Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupcurd / yogurt (thick)
  2. 1/2 tspturmeric / haldi
  3. 1 tspkashmiri red chilli powder / lal mirch powder
  4. 1/2 tspcoriander powder / daniya powder
  5. 1/4 tspcumin powder / jeera powder
  6. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  7. 1/2 tspkasuri methi / dry fenugreek leaves (crushed)
  8. 1/2 tspchaat masala
  9. 1 tspginger - garlic paste
  10. 1/4 tspajwain / carom seeds
  11. 2 tspbesan / gram flour (dry roasted)
  12. 1 tbsplemon juice
  13. to tastesalt
  14. 3 tspoil
  15. 1/2onions (petals)
  16. 1/2capsicum (red & green, cubed)
  17. 5 cubespaneer

  1. 1

    Firstly, take ½ cup thick curd / yogurt.
    further add in all the spices along with salt.

  2. 2

    Mix till all the spices are combined well with curd.

  3. 3

    Now add ½ onion petals, ½ cubed capsicum (red & green) and 5 cubes paneer.

  4. 4

    Also add 1 tsp of oil.
    mix gently till all the vegetables are coated well.

  5. 5

    Furthermore, to marinate, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes

  6. 6

    After marination, insert the marinated paneer, capsicum and onions into wooden skewers.

  7. 7

    Further, roast it on a hot tawa or grill in oven or tandoor.

  8. 8

    Finally, sprinkle some chaat masala and serve paneer tikka immediately.
