  • Pinchsalt
  • Pinchpepper
  • bonless chicken breast
  • Spinach hand full
  • Mozzarella cheese to your taste
  • 1 tspGarlic
  • 2 table spoonOlive oil

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    In a Season chicken breast to our taste

  2. 2

    1 pan pour olive oil
    Add the chicken breast

  3. 3

    Cover pan until chicken is cooked

  4. 4

    Remove chicken
    And add Spanish, mozzarella on top of chicken and fold chicken use toothpick to close seal chicken and put back in pan let it simmer till cheese is melted.

  5. 5

    Remove chicken serve over bed of lettuces
