Ingredients

  1. Perboiled rice
  2. Carrot
  3. Peas
  4. Green pepper, red pepper, onion, scotch bonnet
  5. Curry, seasonings, garlic paste,
  6. Oil
  7. Pepper Chicken
  8. Chicken
  9. Garlic, ginger, onion, scotch bonnet, curry, oil, thyme,
  10. Seasonings and curry
  11. Coleslaw
  12. Cabbage
  13. Carrot
  14. Cucumber
  15. Mayyonaise
  16. Pinchsalt, pinch of sugar

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the rice, add curry, shred carrot, wash it together with peas, add it to d rice and cook it till half done, then drain it

  2. 2

    Shred the red and green pepper, add oil into a pot, add grated scotch bonnet, add curry, seasonings, and garlic paste, stir it, start adding the rice gradually till done, then live it for some minutes to simmer

    For the pepper chicken, wash the chicken thoroughly with vinegar

  4. 4

    Add garlic, onion, thyme, and cover it for like 5min,fry the chicken and set aside

  5. 5

    Grate scotch bonnet and onion, add little oil in a pot, add the grating, add slice onion and add it, add curry, ginger and seasonings, live it to cook, then add the fried chicken, live it to simmer... Done

    For the coleslaw, shred cabbage, wash it, shred carrot, slice cucumber,add pinch of salt, pinch of sugar, mix it all together and add mayyonaise, stir it well... Done
