  • Salad ingredients (lettuce, butternut, carrots and red cabbage)
  • 1small fig
  • 20 gblue cheese
  • Handfulwalnuts
  • Ostrich
  • Splashbalsamic vinegar

Steps

    Arrange salad ingredients in a bowl. Cool Ostrich, butternut and walnuts in the air fryer

    Add fig and blue cheese to salad

    Add warm ostrich, butternut and walnuts and top with a bit of balsamic vinegar. Serve with a dessert wine
