Assemble all ingredients for coconut chutney

In a grinder jar, add coconut + ginger + green chilli + sugar + Chana Dal + Urad Dal + salt + 1/4 cup water and blend everything very well to a smooth or semi smooth paste.

In pan add 1 tsp oil, add mustard seeds + dry red chilli and allow to crackle, then add curry leaves and crackle for few seconds, then add the coconut mixture.

Mix well and just simmer for 1-2 minutes. Chutney is ready.

Assemble all ingredients for Tomato Onion Chutney

In pan add oil, add Chana Dal + Urad Dal + 1 green chilli and sauté for 2 minutes.

Then add chopped onion and sauté till translucent, then add chopped tomatoes + turmeric + green chilli + salt and sauté for 2-3 minutes, tomato will turn mushy and let it cool.

In blender jar, add this cooler tomato mixture + water and blend into a smooth paste. Add water as per desired consistency.

In pan add oil, add mustard seeds + dry red chilli and allow to crackle, then add curry leaves + Urad Dal and allow to crackle for few seconds, then add the tomato paste and mix well. Chutney is ready.

In a mixing bowl add rava + rice flour + salt + sugar + water and keep in rest for 15 -20 minutes.

In a mixer grinder, add coriander leaves + green chilli + little salt and grind into a smooth paste. Now add this green paste to rava mixture. Mix well and add water as per batter consistency, we need a flowing consistency.

In a non-stick pan, add 1 ladle of batter and spread well, drizzle oil all around and let it cook for 3-4 minutes, upper surface will turn dry, then flip the other side and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Cook very nicely, slight brown spots will appear on proper cooking.

Now Dhania Dosa is ready.

Serve Dosa with coconut and tomato onion chutney and enjoy.
