Ingredients

3 servings
  • 3Medium Onions
  • Chicken thighs
  • 1 cupRice
  • Yogurt
  • Garlic and ginger paste
  • 2Bay leaves
  • 7small onions (fry and brown)

Steps

1.5 hrs
  1. 1

    First wash chicken and marinate. Add yogurt, chicken thighs, salt, Garlic and ginger paste. Keep it for an hour plus.

  2. 2

    Chop 3 medium onions. Fry them on pan. Add Biryani powder, chicken thighs, add salt,

    Add little water when needed.

    Optional: masala powder, chilli Powder,

    Keep it for about 30-40 mins.

  3. 3

    After 20 mins:

    While chicken is boiling, wash rice and keep it on stove.

    Add, 2 bay leaves

  4. 4

    Chop 7 onions and fry on pan until brown

    Add Maggie powder, salt,

  5. 5

    Mix everything everything half by half
