  • 600 gmbread
  • 6medium size masshed potato
  • 100 gmgreen peas boiled
  • as required Chopped spring onions
  • 1 tbspgarlic paste
  • 1 tbspgreen chillies paste
  • 1 tbspEdible oil
  • as required Schezwan chutney
    Schezwan sauce(chutney)
  • as required Green chutney
  • 1 tbspchat masala
  • as per tasteSalt
  • For preparing outerlayer
  • 250 gmgram flour
  • 1 tbspturmeric powder
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder
  • 1 tbspcumin powder
  • 1 tbsphot spices powder
  • 100 mlwater

    Take masshed potatoes add green peas, turmeric powder, cumin powder, hot spices powder and put them aside

    Heat the pan saute garlic, chilli paste, onions add mashed material of potato and other ingredients and cook well

    Take bread slice and spread Schezwan chutney one side and other side on other slice spread green chutney,...
    Put mashed material in between

    Mix all ingredients for making outer layer, prepare liquid batter

    Take prepared bread material and roll in liquid batter and deep fry till brown.....
