Bajra rotlo is healthy and tasty. Tastes delicious when filled with green garlic, spring onion, coriander leaves n fenugreek leaves mixture. Tastes best when served hot. Eat applying ghee.
Steps

Chop green garlic, spring onions, fenugreek leaves n coriander leaves. Make ginger-green chili paste.

Heat 2 tsp ghee n let it melt. Add cumin seeds n turmeric powder. Add green garlic n spring onions whites to ghee n saute for 2 to 3 minutes.

Now add green chili-ginger paste, green garlic, and spring onion green parts, fenugreek leaves n coriander leaves.

Cook everything together well. Take out the mixture n let it cool down.

Take Millett flour n to add salt. Adding water gradually binds a soft dough.

When the filling cools down completely add salt n mix well. Take some part of the dough n spread with your hands. Place some filling in between n seal the roti well.

Now, dust some flour on the rolling pad n spread evenly with your hands. Heat a Tawa n roast the rotlo from each side by flipping n applying ghee.

Bharelo rotlo is ready to be served hot with dahi n papad.
