  • Salt,
  • pepper,
  • onions
  • garlic
  • Oil for frying

    Peel and wash the yam, chop and blend with the onions, pepper and little water until smooth.

    Pour into a bowl and add a little salt to taste, the heat oil on a sauce pan and start scooping the batter to your heated oil, fry until well fried

    Serve with kulikuli powder, or chill pepper.
