Thai dessert, Toa Suan or Sweet Mung Beans Porridge with Coconut Milk. Made of boiled mung bean, sugar and coconut milk.
Steps

Wash the beans thoroughly. Soak it for 3 hours. Drain it, put into the steamer. Steam until cook.

Boil the water, add sugar. Stir to dissolve. Add tropical starch, stir until mix well. Allow it to boiled once. Add the steamed mung beans. Allow to boiled again. Then turn off the stove.

Put coconut milk to boiled with medium heat. Mix 2 tbsps coconut milk and rice flour. Then add into the boiled, stir it. After that add some salt. When it boiled turn off the stove. Now ready to serve, ladle the sweet mung beans into the serving dessert pour over with coconut milk.
