  1. 5ripe bananas
  2. 3/4 cupsugar
  3. 3/4 cupcurd
  4. 1/4 cupoil
  5. 1 1/2 cupswhole wheat flour
  6. 1/2 tspbaking powder
  7. 1/2 tspbaking Soda
  8. 1 tbspcinnamon powder

    In a blender jar, add bananas, sugar, curd, and oil. Blend into a smooth paste. Remove to a bowl and keep aside.

    In a large bowl, sift together whole wheat flour, cinnamon powder, baking powder, and baking soda to incorporate air.

    In the meantime, preheat the oven to 175°C.

    Gently fold in the dry mixture into the wet ingredients in batches so that it forms a smooth batter.

    Line the baking tin with parchment paper. Pour in the batter and tap a few times so that the batter settles down.

    Bake it at 175°C for 50 minutes. Check with a skewer if it is cooked after 40 minutes. The cooking time varies depending on the oven.

    Move it to a rack and allow it to cool completely.
