Preheat oven to 200c

Remove the skin from the sausages and place in a bowl with ketchup or sweet chilli sauce and mix until well combined

Roll out pastry and cut in 2 halves.

Place one half of the pastry slice on a greased baking tray spread the sausage meat mix on top of the pastry slice
- 5
Cut the other pastry half into 1 inch strips and layer the strips on top of the sausage mix in a criss cross decoration

Brush pastry with milk and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown in colour and the meat is cooked through enough
