Hello foodie friends... We all love south Indian food, especially Dosa. Dosa is loved by every generation so here I am going to share masala for masala dosa in South Indian style but in my way. You can take this as a side dish or spread it on the dosa.

Hello foodie friends... We all love south Indian food, especially Dosa. Dosa is loved by every generation so here I am going to share masala for masala dosa in South Indian style but in my way. You can take this as a side dish or spread it on the dosa.
Steps

Heat oil in a wok. Add mustard seeds and let them creak.

Add urad daal. Cook for 30 seconds or a slight colour change. Add curry leaves. Add ginger and green chilli paste and saute it.

Add onion and saute it. Now add green peas and tomato. Cook it for 1 minutes.

Now add mashed potatoes followed by all spices and lime juice. Mix it properly. Cook for 1 minute with stirring.

Our masala is ready...
If you want to spread it on dosa add 2 to 3 spoons of water and mashed properly. You can easily apply it on the dosa. Otherwise, you can keep this masala on dosa in the center and fold it.
