It’s a first time for me to make channay ki daal ka halwa. Recipe is from my mother in law. She used to make in this form but my mother make in different form. Well, next time will try her style. This one also turned out delicious. Specially made for my mother in law so she enjoyed.

It’s a first time for me to make channay ki daal ka halwa. Recipe is from my mother in law. She used to make in this form but my mother make in different form. Well, next time will try her style. This one also turned out delicious. Specially made for my mother in law so she enjoyed.
Steps

Take a cup of chanay ki daal and soak it in water for an hour. Then put on stove with water for cooking.

Once it cooked snd mashed I added milk and cook for more. Replace it from stove, cool it down and insert it in blender

Blend the daal fully. Take a same pot pour ghee or oil
- 4
Pour blended daal in it with cardamom powder and zarda rung.

Keep stirring till the oil comes up and halwa leaves the pot.

Dish out in serving dish, garnish with almond and pistachio and enjoy 😊
