  • Salt half teaspoon
  • 3 tablespoonSugar
  • 1 tablespoonYeast
  • Grounded scotch bonnet/onions
  • 1and 1/2 cup of water

  1. 1

    Sieve the flour,add the yeast,sugar,salt, mix and add the water and mix until well combined

  2. 2

    Keep in a dark place until it doubles in size,add the scotch bonnet, deflate the batter,fry in hot oil until golden brown
