Healthy Summer Coolers: Yoghurt & Coconut Milk Lassi 🥤
Cooking Instructions

To begin with: In a blender jar, add in all the ingredients aforesaid except the ice cubes, coconut milk & lemon leaves the first time-
Churn it out well enough to get nicely combined & well incorporated - 2
Next, add in the coconut milk, kaffir lime leaves & a few ice cubes & once again churn the blender jar to get finely blended & release a fine refreshed fragrant aroma on its own-
Pour it out into a separate pitcher/jar - 3
Add in some fresh coconut pulps if you have it or else, simply a little more addition of the black salt, a few fresh mint leaves (Optional) & some raw chia seeds would do the wonders greatly

Add in some more ice cubes & garnish it your way if you like to add on to it anything else-
However, it doesn’t call for anything else any further & its immense fragrant refreshing aroma wouldn’t simply let wait much longer than to grab a glassful to empty it immediately at one go, in no time - 5

There are several mango trees in the garden of the house where I grew up in India, so we could eat all the mangoes we wanted. Mango lassi is a dessert or drink that we often had made with those freshly pickled mangoes. Bananas and berries go well with this too.-Some fruits to try based on the reports of people who have tried this recipe: Mangoes, bananas, apples, pineapple, melon, apricots, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, clementines, peaches, canned clementines, dekopon oranges, iyokan oranges - or combine 2-3 fruits of your choice. You can also use soy milk instead of milk or water.-If you prefer a lighter drink or you don't like milk, use water instead.-You can make a plain lassi without any fruit.-If you use 3 seeds of cardamon (2/3 teaspoon) you'll get a cardamon lassi, which is the most refreshing.-Mango purée is delicious served with ice too. I think there might be better versions and you could always add a can of lime soda water and some pineapple juice to sweeten it up. I have even tried maraschino syrup instead of grenadine.
