Ingredients

  1. 1.5 CupsPlain Yoghurt: Chilled & Well Whisked
  2. 1 PinchSalt
  3. 1 PinchBlack Salt
  4. 1/2-3/4 CupSugar Syrup or Caster Sugar
  5. 3/4-1 CupCoconut Milk: Chilled
  6. 1 CupTender Coconut Water: Chilled
  7. 1/2 CupFresh Coconut Pulps: Puréed & Chilled
  8. 1 CupIce Cubes
  9. 1/8 CupFresh Kaffir Lime or Fresh Lemon Juice
  10. 1 HandfulFresh Kaffir Lime Leaves: Roughly Chopped
  11. 1/2 tbspFresh Lemon Zest
  12. 1 tspRoasted Cumins & Whole Dry Red Chilli Powder: Homemade
  13. Garnish: Your Way

Cooking Instructions

15 mins.

    To begin with: In a blender jar, add in all the ingredients aforesaid except the ice cubes, coconut milk & lemon leaves the first time-
    Churn it out well enough to get nicely combined & well incorporated

  2. 2

    Next, add in the coconut milk, kaffir lime leaves & a few ice cubes & once again churn the blender jar to get finely blended & release a fine refreshed fragrant aroma on its own-
    Pour it out into a separate pitcher/jar

    Add in some fresh coconut pulps if you have it or else, simply a little more addition of the black salt, a few fresh mint leaves (Optional) & some raw chia seeds would do the wonders greatly

    Add in some more ice cubes & garnish it your way if you like to add on to it anything else-
    However, it doesn’t call for anything else any further & its immense fragrant refreshing aroma wouldn’t simply let wait much longer than to grab a glassful to empty it immediately at one go, in no time
