In large mixing bowl combine beaten egg yolks, brown sugar, salt and spices and blend thoroughly.

Stir in pumpkin, cream and melted butter until well mixed.

In a separate gown combine egg whites and cornstarch beat until stiff peak stage.

Fold egg whites into pumpkin mixture.

Pour into pie shell and bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes more.

Cool and serve with honey.
