Moong dal is one of the healthiest lentils which can be had in various ways. My todays recipe is a vada recipe which can be a perfect snack during this cold winter evenings. These deep fried,crispy fritters can be serve with any sauce or ketchup 😊😋😋

Moong dal is one of the healthiest lentils which can be had in various ways. My todays recipe is a vada recipe which can be a perfect snack during this cold winter evenings. These deep fried,crispy fritters can be serve with any sauce or ketchup 😊😋😋
Cooking Instructions

Firstly soak moong dal for 5-6 hours in water.
- 2
Drain water from the moong dal and blend it into a coarse paste without adding water.

Add all the mentioned ingredients except oil, and mix well. Mixture should be thick.
- 4
Heat oil in a wok. Take a portion of the mixture and make lemon sized balls and fry them on medium flame.
- 5
Take them out and press them gently. Now again fry the fritters in heated oil on medium flame till they turn crisp and golden.

Take them out and serve with any sauce of your choice 😊👍
