Homemade Yellow Noodle Tom Yum Soup, easy to make without hassle.
Cooking Instructions

Place all the broth ingredients from Part 1 into a pot and bring to a strong boil for about 15 minutes. Skim off any foam, cover, and simmer on low heat for about 1 hour or longer if desired. Taste and adjust seasoning to your preference before serving.

While the broth simmers, prepare the other ingredients.

Boil water and cook the yellow noodles until they reach your desired doneness. Once cooked, transfer them to cold or room temperature water to stop the cooking process. Drain and set aside.

In a bowl, combine crushed peanuts, chili powder, sugar, small red shrimp, lime juice, and fish sauce. Add some broth and mix well. Pour this mixture over the noodles, pork, and other prepared ingredients as shown in the picture.
