Milk cake

In a wide bottom non-stick pan add a teaspoon of ghee and add condensed milk, cream and milk. Bring it to boil on medium heat.

Once it starts to boil add 1 tablespoon of yogurt (should be sour and homemade) at a time while stirring continuously.
The milk should start to curdle. - 3
Add a tablespoon of ghee while stirring continuously. Once incorporated add another tablespoon of ghee. Repeat for the remaining tablespoon of ghee.

Continue to cook until the mixture starts to leave sides and forms a dough like consistency.
Add in saffron and cardamom and mix well. Turn off the heat. - 5

Grease a tray and line it with greaseproof paper. Transfer the mixture and smooth it with a spatula. Let it set for 3 to 4 hours.
Cut into desired shapes and enjoy.
I have used a mould so didn’t need to use greaseproof paper.
