Spread cooked rice in a bowl

Add 3 tsp salt, rasam powder, tamarind paste, and 1 tsp of oil to the rice

Heat about 5-6 tbsp oil in a small pot.

Splutter mustard seeds, add dried red chilly, (optional) black chana dal. Wait for shell of chana dal to crack

Add groundnuts and shallow fry till done
- 6
Add kobri. wait till it turns brown
- 7
Add the tempered mixture to rice. Wait for the mixture and rice to cool. Mix well. Adjust salt as necessary
