Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1avocado
  • 1chicken breast (or you can use rotisserie chicken as well)
  • Fresh mozzarella
  • Halfa red pepper
  • Canned chipotles in sauce
  • 1/2 cupMayo
  • 2 tsplemon juice
  • 1/4 tspeach of black pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, salt and smoked paprika

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook and slice chicken

  2. 2

    Peel and slice avocado

  3. 3

    Slice your pepper and sauté

  4. 4

    For the chipotle Mayo: blend together as many chipotles and sauce as you’d like, the Mayo and seasonings

  5. 5

    Spread your chipotle Mayo on your bread then add your chicken, avocado, cooked peppers and cheese

  6. 6

    Press into a panini
