In a bowl add sugar and warm water mix it then add the yeast mix, cover & keep aside for 5 to 7 mins till frothy

In a large bowl sieve maida add salt, red chilli pd, jeera pd,dhania pd, ajwain, haldi pd, kasori methi, kitchen king masala and oil,Mix it well, then add the yeast mixture and knead into a soft smooth dough for 7 to 10 mins,using the stretch and fold method. Keep the dough in a greased bowl cover it and keep aside for an hour or till double in size.

Then punch the dough slowly and knead for 2 to 3 mins. Then make equal portions of the dough and shape them into a round smooth balls and place them in a greased baking tray. Cover with a cling film and keep it to proof for an 30 mins or till double in size. Brush gently with milk

Bake in a preheated oven for 25 to 30 mins @180°C till light brown in colour.
