Take a mango peel, cut into cubes then wash well.

Take a mixer jar put mango pcs and water mix and grind well.

Take a wok put mango mixer and sugar mix cook for 5 to 7 minutes.Then add chopped cashews mix well.

Then add rock salt and green food colour and mix well.

Take cornflour and water mix make a slurry add in mango and cook for some time then make a thick batter.

Take a tray greased with oil and put mango batter spread in a spatula.

After cooling set it in fridge.After one hour cut in desired shape jelly pcs and coat in desiccated coconut.

Then enjoy sweet and sour Green Mango Jelly.
