Steps

Firstly,ground your rice coarsely

Pick and wash your moringa leaves

Then wash and blend your pepper,onion and garlic
- 4
Blanch your moringa leaves in hot water for some minutes then rinse with cold water and set aside

Wash your ground rice to remove starch and dirt
- 6
Add in your blended pepper,a part of the vegetable oil,moringa,seasoning and spices to taste

Steam
- 8
After steaming add the remaining oil and serve
