In a large plate/bowl add maida, siji, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, sugar, oil, and curd.

Now combine all the ingredients well. Start adding little water at a time and start kneading to form a soft dough, use water as required.

Once done grease the dough with some oil. Place it in a bowl and cover the dough with a damp cloth and set aside for 2 hours.

After that divide the dough into 10-12 small portions. take a portion of dough and smoothed it with oil, roll and flatten the dough, in between your palm, dust with little flour, and roll the dough using a rolling pin.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a kadhai on high flame. Deep fry the bhatura and flip the bhatura lightly with a perforated spoon.

Delicious bhature is ready to Serve.
