Next step is cut onion in to thin slices,and tomato in to cube size finally cut the sliced green chilli,and more lot of coriander leaves fresh keep it aside.

You should verycareful when you are baking your brinjal it should cooked not over cooked otherwise bad smell arise..

Take a vessel pour refined oil add jeera (gota)few add green chilli split one fry onion first and then tomato add haldi,garam masala,gun powder,salt,jeera powder add immediately smashed potato and smashed brinjal everything mix nicely add lot of coriander leaves your stuffed subji ready.

Next step with the help of bread toaster cut neatly apply butter both side in between place the brinjal bartha and toast it for few minute your vegetable bread toast ready.place it in a serving plate

Next cut your mango,add thick milk,sugar everything in a blender and decorate with nuts and grapes and finally mango pulp,water melon pulp in between you can when you are going serve from the vessel to glass tumbler.decoration very important.so that your children liked it and your healthy preparation will be immediately consume by them..
