5potatoes
1onion slice
1chopped onion
1 1/2 lbground lamb and beef mix
Cupfresh parsley
1 teaspooneach paprika,all spice, turmeric, salt, pepper, garlic powder onion powder, hot chili pepper
Cupbroth
Sauce
2 tablespoonplain yogurt
2juice of lemon
1 cuptahini sauce
1 cuphot water

Cooking Instructions

Wash potato and peeled slice thick chopped onion add 1/2 teaspoon of salt pepper and 1 teaspoon of all spice and 2 tablespoon olive oil mix all Cook at 400 f for 20 minutes

Mix the meat with chopped onion and parsley all the spices roll them and top them on the cooked potato and one cup of broth
Cook in the oven for 25 minutes

Start on sauce mix every thing adding the hot water slowly so it will not lump I add garlic to mine it’s optional

Take all juice of the cooked meat the tray from oven and add to the tahini sauce whisk and add it back to the tray and cook for 15 minute and 5 minutes under the broiler
