First for preparing kala chana usal(curry)-

Soak chana(chickpea) overnight in 1 glass of water
- 3
Next day cook it in a pressure cooker by adding salt and turmeric powder till it turns soft or 4 whistles

Meanwhile, make tadka for this- for this prepare a paste for this, roast 1 onion slice and coconut Slices by adding 1tbsp oil

Roast till it turns aromatic and colour changes to golden brown

After cooling, grind to smooth paste and keep aside

Now heat oil in a pan

Add mustard seeds and cumin, once it starts crackling add chopped onion

Saute for 1min

Now add ginger garlic paste, chopped tomato, and ready paste of onion and coconut

Saute everything well till oil starts releasing

Now add all dry spices and mix well

Pour cooked chana, mix properly, if needed add 1 cup of water

Cover and cook for 4-5 min on low flame

Now turn off the flame, sprinkle chopped coriander leaves

For making Dashami(paratha)-

In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, white sesame seeds, carom seeds, chopped onion, and coriander leaves

Combine everything well, gradually add water and make a soft dough

Divide in six parts, now take a small part of the dough, roll like chapati

Roast on hot tawa, by smearing oil or butter

Roast both the sides till golden and crispy

Serve hot Dashami (paratha) with chana usal(curry) along with yogurt and mango pickle
