Wash and dry bhindi with the help of a kitchen towel. cut in 1-inch size.
- Heat 1 spoon of oil shellow fry Bhindi and keep aside
- In a small Katori add 2-3 spoons of water add all dry masala except salt mix n keep aside.
- In a bowl mix curd and water mix very well and keep aside. - 2
Heat oil in kadhai. add methi dana and cumin Once it's crackled add chopped onion and garlic.
Once it's translucent add the masala paste and cook till oil releases. switch off the flame or slow down the flame and add curd stir constantly, mix very well with the masala and turn on the flame
cook till oil separate with curd add bhindi Small onions, and salt, and cook for 5 min. cover it and cook for 2 more min.
