Ingredients

  1. 4-5boiled raw bananas
  2. Salt to taste
  3. 1small onion chopped
  4. 1 tbspcoriander leaves chopped
  5. 1/4 tspChaat masala
  6. 2-3green chillies chopped
  7. 1/2 tspred chillies powder
  8. 1/4 cupgram flour
  9. 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  10. 1/2 tspdry mango powder
  11. 1 tbspghee / butter
  12. Oil for deep frying
  13. For gravy:
  14. 4-5 tbspoil
  15. 2-3chopped onions
  16. 1 tbspginger &garlic paste
  17. 1-2small size tomatoes chopped
  18. 1 tspcoriander powder
  19. 1 tbspgreen chillies paste
  20. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  21. 1 tspkashmiri red chillies powder
  22. Salt to taste
  23. 1bay leaf
  24. 1 tspdry fenugreek leaves
  25. 3/4 tspgaram masala
  26. 1 tsptomato puree
  27. For ground masala
  28. 1 tspcumin seeds
  29. 1/2 tspfennel seeds
  30. 1/2 tspfenugreek seeds

    Boil bananas, mash them, and transfer in a bowl, add all ingredients mention in and mix, make balls.

    Deep fry them till golden brown on slow flame,keep it separate.

    For ground masala: semi - ground them(cumin seeds, fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds).

  4. 4

    For gravy: heat oil, add semi- ground masala and bay leaf mix, add chopped onion cook till golden.

  5. 5

    Add ginger- garlic paste, green chillies paste mix.in a bowl mix all the dry masala (coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, kashmiri red chillies powder and mix)

  6. 6

    Add mix dry masala in ginger- garlic paste cook till oil comes out, add little water and mix, add chopped tomatoes, tomato puree mix, cover and cook till oil comes out.

  7. 7

    Add 2 cups of water, cover and cook, when gravy becomes semi- thick, add fry koftas in and mix.

  8. 8

    Finally add garam masala powder, dry fenugreek leaves and mix, cook for a min and serve hot.

  9. 9

    Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
