Boil the soya chunks in salt water then drain the water and fry it in a pan till it becomes golden brown golden.

Now take a wok and heat the oil then add onion and saute it till it becomes golden. Then put ginger, garlic paste and tomatoes and saute it till it leaves oil.

Add All the spices and salt into the mixture and then soya chunks. Saute it for five minutes.

Add Aamchur powder and the boiled tea water or as you need. Cover it and cook it till it boiled.

Garnish it with coriander leaves..
