Rajma Masala Curry

Take rajma clean wash and soak overnight. In the morning boiled rajma with all dry whole spices. Then drain water and keep aside you should remove whole dry spices now. Kept boiled rajma in another bowl keep it aside.

Now heat oil in pan add cumin seeds add chopped onions saute add ginger paste saute till onions turns soft and light brown in colour now add tomato puree saute

Add all dry spices and powder and saute add rajma stock (in which water we boiled rajma) and mix all well together add boiled rajma. Adjust the consistency of the gravy. Sprinkle green coriander leaves chopped.

Serve hot with chappati naan bread bhakri rice.
