  • 1 lbground beef
  • 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  • 1/2 tsponion powder
  • 1 tsppepper
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 2Table Sppons green chilies
  • Sauce
  • 3Table Spoons melted buttet
  • 3Table Spoons flour
  • 2 1/2Table Sppons chili powder
  • 1Table Spoons paprika
  • 3 cupschicken broth
  • 2 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 tsponion powder
  • 1 tspground cumin
  • 2 tsptomato paste
  • 1 tspchicken boullion
  • 1 tsporegano
  • 1/2 tspsugar
  • 1/2 tsppepper
  • Tortillas
  • 3/4 cupvegetable oil
  • 12corn tortillas
  • Additional
  • 3 cupsgrated cheese
  • Diced onion

    Brown ground beef. Drain grease then add seasonings and set aside

  2. 2

    Make a Rue with melted butter and four and cook on heat until golden brown. Then add sauce ingredients one at a time and add chicken broth a little at a time

  3. 3

    Cook corn tortillas in oil and pat dry with paper towel

  4. 4

    In a casserole dish cover bottom with sauce. Then dip corn tortillas in sauce and layer in casserole dish so you have 4 for 1st layer. Then layer a 1/3 of meat mixture, cheese and diced onion and then repeat the layers

  5. 5

    Set oven at 375. Cover casserole dish with foil and cook for 25 minutes. Enjoy. May top with sour cream
