Brown ground beef. Drain grease then add seasonings and set aside

Make a Rue with melted butter and four and cook on heat until golden brown. Then add sauce ingredients one at a time and add chicken broth a little at a time

Cook corn tortillas in oil and pat dry with paper towel

In a casserole dish cover bottom with sauce. Then dip corn tortillas in sauce and layer in casserole dish so you have 4 for 1st layer. Then layer a 1/3 of meat mixture, cheese and diced onion and then repeat the layers

Set oven at 375. Cover casserole dish with foil and cook for 25 minutes. Enjoy. May top with sour cream
