This is a wonderful recipe for non-veg lovers I made, this is rather tasty when serve with 'pranthas' or 'nans', Enjoy🤗
Steps

Heat oil, shallow fry taro roots, remove on paper napkin and keep aside.

Heat oil, add cumin seeds, bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon stick, small cardamom, cook for 1 min, add chopped onions cook until golden, add chopped green chillies mix.

Saute ginger- garlic paste,cook for 1 min, add mutton minced, add meat tenderiser and mix, cook until the liquid is dry out.

Add kashmiri red chillies powder, turmeric powder, keema masala, salt, green chillies paste and mix, cook for 1 min, add tomato paste, tomato chopped and mix, cook until oil comes out, add taro roots mix.

Add water let it boil, cook until meat is tender, leave little gravy, serve hot.

Serving: plain rice, bread slices,paratha,salad.garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
