Ingredients

  • 600 gGrouper fillet
  • 30 gstrips Ginger, sliced into
  • Chinese celery, cut
  • 1 Garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsps Oysters sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Place the grouper fillet on the plate. Topping with ginger, garlic, celery, oysters sauce and soy sauce. Put into the steamer for 15 minutes. Ready to serve.
