Brush idli molds with oil.

In a mixing bowl, place gram flour, semolina, soda bicarb, turmeric powder, sugar and salt, mix together. Pour in water and drizzle with lemon juice, mix again. Add mustard seeds, refined oil and eno, gently stir to mix.

In a microwave idli steamer, pour about 2 tablespoons of mixture in each slot, cover and microwave for 4 minutes.

Serve with green chutney.and it is ready
