  • 8– 10 Banana flower floweret
  • 1 cupchana dal
  • 2green chilli
  • 2red chilli
  • to tastesalt
  • oil to deep fry

    How to clean the flower ??? Pluck the small floweret and remove the stick which cannot be cooked

    Then wash and minch the flower into small pieces

  3. 3

    Soak chana dal for 3-4 hours.

    Remove water and grind along with green chilli, red chilli and salt into coarse mixture without adding water.

  5. 5

    Add the minched floweret into this mixture and mix well.

  6. 6

    Heat oil in frying pan.make small balls and flattened with hand like vada and fry in oil till it turns golden.Remove from oil and serve it hot with ketchup

  7. 7

    Crispy banana flower vada is ready to serve.
