It is a special traditional drink in Muscat- Oman. People always serves as a welcome drink with dates to guests. Specially this kahwa and dates serves in each and every function to guests.

4cloves
4strings saffron
2 tspkahwa powder/ boond coffee powder
1 tspcardamom powder

Pour water into the vessel, and keep on a medium flame to boil.

When water starts to boil, add kahwa- boond coffee powder, cloves, cardamom powder, and saffron.

Boil on a slow flame till it is left almost half, that is 2 cups. Now kahwa is ready to serve

Serve hot Muscat - Omani Arabic Kahwa especially with dates. Greet and Enjoy.
